What if my product arrives damaged?
Upon receiving your item(s), inspect the packaging for any damage, including to the box. If damage is noticed, even to the packaging, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If unable to inspect during delivery but suspect damage, indicate "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. For damaged items, send photos to (insert email), and we'll arrange for a replacement or compensation.
