Shipping Policy

Our processing time for orders is typically 1 to 2 days. Please be aware that orders must be placed by 6 p.m. to be processed on the same day; any orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day.

For shipping, orders usually arrive within 4 to 7 days on average. Free shipping is available for orders over $150, while orders under $150 will incur a flat fee of $15. At present, we only ship within the United States; international shipping is not an option.

The majority of our orders are shipped using one of our third-party freight carriers, typically employing an 18-wheeler truck. If your order includes items shipped via freight carrier, we will contact you to arrange a curbside delivery time. Please ensure that your checkout includes the correct phone number.

Upon order placement, you will receive a confirmation email. This email serves to confirm receipt of your order by our system and the approval of your credit card for the purchase. Your card will not be charged until the item(s) have shipped, unless there is a backorder situation requiring us to hold an item for you.
