In the event that your product arrives damaged, we ask that you carefully inspect the packaging upon delivery. If any damage is noticed, including damage to the box, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you are unable to inspect the package at the time of delivery but suspect damage, please indicate "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.
Should your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to sales@easingmobility.com. We will promptly process an immediate replacement or refund, typically within 1 business day, to ensure your satisfaction.
